Starting in 2007, we will be offering a minor landscaping service. All the materials used will come
from Longhorn Materials in Panna Maria. The customer can come over and inspect the materials,
make a choice, and we will deliver and install them. Mark has experience in this field and we feel that
this market is severely under represented in the area.

We can do various things with your
landscape. We suggest that the
customer have a good idea of what they
want done, then call us to see if that idea
is feasible. The possibilities are endless
as to what can be done to improve the
appearance of you property.

Another new idea being implemented is the setting of
trailer houses. If you have young children and your
house sits 2 to 3 feet higher than ground level, the
possibility for injury exists. Our idea is to sink the
house to where it is only 6 to 8 inches above ground
level. This removes the danger, enhances the look
of the house, and ultimately saves money on
expensive decks and surroundings. Mark did this to
his own trailer house, and from the pictures, you can
see how beneficial this kind of set up is. The
homeowner has to check with the financial company
for approval before this set up can be started.
