We lay out the road on the owner's
property according to specs. We then
measure the width of the road with the
drainage ditches included. The property
owner is then asked to look over the
staking and give his approval so
construction can begin..

Once we have approval, constructions
begins. The first step is to dig the
drainage ditches. The material is rolled
into the roadbed. We like to raise the
roadbed a minimum of 6" to a maximum
of 3'. The roadbed is then crowned and
sloped towards the drainage ditches.
This step takes the longest to ensure
proper drainage and so the roadbed is
level and packed.

Base. Both materials provide stability and
durability. We start at the entrance of the
road and work towards the end. By doing
this, the loaded trucks pack the roadbed as
well as the newly placed base. Once the
base has been delivered and packed, the
maintainer goes over the road once more to
give it a finish grade.
